What can we do for you?

Do you know one of the following situations?

Situation 1: Although your manager works overtime, the files are stacked on his desk. The manager seems to be overwhelmed. Often, you must complete parts of the work yourself ...

Situation 2: Staff members tell you indirectly  that they do not feel appropriately informed and that they do not receive any feedback on their performance ...

Situation 3: You get the impression that one of your managers does not fully support  the management decisions.. So far you have not talked about this with the particular person ...

Situation 4: Staff members have complained that they do not feel comfortable with their manager. You  have the sense that there is not a good spirit in these departments…..

Situation 5: One of your managers often has difficulties to complete the assigned projects in time or within budget ...

Situations like this create significant inefficiencies in your company. They cost money! How can the Business Performance Academy contribute to avoiding these situations?
The behavior of your leaders has  a significant influence on their leadership effectiveness. Before you read on, think how you  also have a significant impact on the performance of your employees.

For Situation 1:
Is your leader in the right place to leverage their leadership skills and abilities optimally? How can you specifically help them to get the work done?
Inthe training sessions focused on skills empowerment and initiative you will gain the  necessary answers. With your help your manager will be able to cope better with the workload.

For Situation 2:
How can you inform appropriately without  creating information overload? How do you lead your managers so they clearly communicate the right information with  you and their staff?
In the training parts  about "Specific Communication" you learn how to set more specific goals that are measurable and controllable. You as their example will motivate your leaders to communicate clearly and specifically.

For Situation 3:
At the core of the situation is the question, how to raise the issue and to obtain a clear confirmation for the top management decisions
In the parts on  "Pro-active attitude" and  "clear  communication”  you learn how to prepare and lead an open conversation about commitment.  With our preparation the likelihood of an agreement increases, even though we cannot guarantee it. And we can prepare to respond confidently if you do not achieve agreement.

For Situation 4:
This is a typical issue that does not only show up in technically-oriented fields. The possible challenge is that managers lack social skills.
In the training program of the Business Performance Academy we focus on developing the competence "Social Intelligence". Developing good social skills depends on the managers attitude. . If the leader is willing and open to work on the social skills he/she can learn a lot.
Additionally, the  "good spirit" is closely connected with the companies  values (please see also the BPA article about corporate culture and business ethics ").

For Situation 5:
If leaders do not work targeted and towards completion, they need to work with them on how to set goals and move to action. Think about the proverb: "We are always one example, but rarely a good role model" How does it impact your staff if managers have difficulties completing projects in time and on budget?
Business means signing contracts, efficient processes, time management, etc. - in short, business is goal orientation. The training and coaching of the Business Performance Academy begin and end with goals. We check each interaction and each presentation to find out if the  target was met. This way our participants develop the “natural” behavior of  creating clear and actionable objectives.
