Changing the organizational behavior (culture) is possible if personnel respect the Learn, Think and Apply beliefs accordingly. Time is a crucial factor in this process: Leadership behavior does not change overnight; hence working on the organizational culture is a continuous and a recurring process. It takes perseverance and patience to change behavior that has evolved over years.
The Business Performance Academy has recognized these principles and others, and applies them in their methodology and didactics. Coaching and Impulse days are spread out over a period of several months and alternated with periods of practice.
Between the individual coaching and impulse days, participants will solve tasks and exercises that aim to put the new Learn, Think and Apply theory into practice. Over the years we have observed that this empowers the process of cyclical learning and results in participants being more motivated about their personal development.
