Transfer - Blended Learning
A leader has - always when it comes to the development of leadership is - to do with two variables: the people and a constantly changing environment.

To assist managers in their development, the Business Performance Academy (BPA), developed the transfer Blended Learning concept. Training days are merged with the practice via a frequent digital contact with other training participants, colleagues, superiors and trainers.
Key success factors are:
- Making a Personal Development Plan (PDP), which each student fills out at the end of each Impulse- or coaching day.
- Construction a personal, digital learning logbook, which serves as a guide for the training program which follows.
- Coaching Meetings with the direct manager to detail the actions from the PDP.
- Contact with the trainer during the practice period.
- Performing special tasks outside the own organization.
- Mutual feedback with sparring partners within the same management level.
- Studying specific management literature.
- Completing homework and tests; creating a practical report on results and experiences as a preparation for the next Impulse day.
- Selected elements of the logbook can - if desired - be automatically made available for others as a source of information.
