At the end of the leadership program, one has to defend their Master Thesis on Leadership Performance. The Master thesis consists of the following:
1. Writing a thesis based on one of the 13 competences of the BPA Master Performance Leadership program. For the whole application, the participant gets three months. The work must be submitted in electronic form to the Business Performance Academy. * 1
2. Creating a presentation on the Master Thesis. * 2
3. Mastering the study material of the Leadership Performance Modules A, B and C.
4. Official presentation and defense of the Master Thesis by the individual student
before the Master Committee. * 3
5. Presentation of the BPA-Master Performance Leadership Certificate and
celebration of the Master's degree.
* 1 The application must comply with the format and requirements stated in the guideline documents. At least 10 to a maximum of 15 pages of text; excluding graphs, charts and photographs.
* 2 The application must comply with the format and requirements stated in the guideline documents. A PowerPoint presentation no longer than 20 minutes; a flip chart and laptop with projector are available.
* 3 The presentation and defense are each a maximum of 20 minutes. The Master Committee consists of Senior Partners of the Business Performance Academy and member(s) from the Psychological Institute of the University of Heidelberg.
