Focus Days
We offer the following focus days specialized on the respective topics. They are based on the principles of the Master in Leadership Performance and will be tailored to the needs of your organization. All focus days are training days. The maximum number of participants per day is 10. Typically the day runs from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. with a lunch break and two shorter breaks. We design an interactive environment and use exercises to initiate the participant's learning of the chosen behavior.
