• Partners which have at least 10 years of sales and/or management experience.
• Are familiar with or strongly interested in Human Resource Development.
• Feel competent to influence decision makers in a positive way.
• Have a good network and are open to make use of it to realize his/hers sales objectives.
• Have an entrepreneurial attitude and a long-term vision.
• Will use at least 55% of his/hers business time for BPA related activities
